Honestly only a few of these are high quality anime, and looking back I sorta see why.
The whole concept of one man armies is sorta childish. It serves one of two things: A power fantasy or a demonstration of difference in strength.
The former applies to anime like SAO, while the latter can be used to worldbuild like in overlord. Frankly, most of my favorite anime never have a "one man army" moment because if a character is so strong what's the use of soldiers? It sorta kills the immersion.
Nothing but respect for this list.

I just re-watched attack on titan couple of weeks ago and yet im still loving the way the fights gets animated.

Personally I think people that hv magic area skill or super power can't count as 1 man army. 1 man army is more like even he is just hv 1 weapon/bare hand he can kills/defeat an army. If in this video, it's more like Shizuo, Levi, Afro Samurai, and the Drifters one (forget name). Uvo gin also can't be counted since in HxH 1 man army is very obvious (all nen user basically also can do this vs non-nen users).
Another 1 man army that not in here is King Bradley, even he is homonculus his sword technic is just from training, he still can be killed if get hurt, his attacked also not unavoidable.
